Arachne Salon is a Booth Rental salon meaning each artist there is responsible for their own refund policies and have no affiliation with the salon directly as they are their own business entities.
Refund Policy - the basics

This is a blanketed refund policy that each artist can opt to join. Please reach out to your stylist directly for their specific refund policies.

There are never any guarantees when receiving chemical services; therefore, no refunds are available under any conditions. Any and all clients must fill out the designated form for their selected services and sign a disclaimer stating they understand all of the given information related to the nature of the services they are planning to receive from their artist. You may be able to have your service corrected by the artist, whichever is more necessary to your needs at the time.

Deposits are NONTRANSFERABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule a currently existing appointment, a new deposit will be due at the time of booking.

Cancellations/Last-Minute Rescheduling done within these time frames will have to pay the following in order to rebook:
72 HRS- 15% OF SERVICE + NEW DEPOSIT.
48 HRS- 30% OF SERVICE + NEW DEPOSIT.
24 HRS- 50% OF SERVICE + NEW DEPOSIT.
DAY OF: 100% FULL SERVICE COST + NEW DEPOSIT.

If late to your appointment, you will have to pay a late fee of $35 +1 dollar per additional minute up to 30 minutes.

If no notice is given before you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be automatically canceled and you will be charged for the day of cancellation fee. If we hear nothing back from you at all and it turns into a no call/no-show and you will be blacklisted.
